MUDEFORD WOOD COMMUNITY CENTRE, LATEST COVID GUIDELINES AS OF 31.12.2020.
As the Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole Council area has now been placed in Tier 4 it is with much regret that we have had to impose new rules for the use of the Centre and the All Weather Pitch.
The following activities can continue under Tier 4 legislation (as understood from Gov.UK-Guidance for safe use of multi-purpose community facilities updated 22.12.20 and Gov.UK-Protective measures for holiday and after-school clubs, and other out-of-school settings during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak).
1. “Childcare provided by a person who is registered under Part 3 of the Child Care Act 2006 or supervised activities for children” (Gov.UK 22.12.20(1.)) Please provide governing body evidence if you feel the above supports your group to return.
2. Adult one to one “support groups can continue for designated support activities such as victim support and mental health groups” (Gov.UK 22.12.20(2))
All activities are cancelled on the all-weather pitch (AWP) from 31st December 2020.
These closures are regrettable, but we do need to all stay at home in accordance with Government Guidelines. We will continue to monitor and keep you updated if they change. The office will be manned on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings 09.00-13.00; Tuesdays 12.00-16.00; and Fridays 13.00-17.00. Please contact us should you wish to discuss the above information further. Contact details are at the foot of the page.
With Best Wishes for the New Year.
